We offer a new type of fully automatic pallet cleaning system type Trolleyflex P10. By means of a forklift truck 10 pallets are placed in the cabin. After the automatic closing of the door 10 pallets are moved apart, washed, rinsed and dried in a centrifugal process.
Capacity: 60-100 pallets/hour
The line can be supplied as stand alone with 1 place telescopic loading station or with fully automatic infeed and outfeed of the pallet stacks.
5-AXIS HIGH CAPACITY WASHING SYSTEM FOR THE BEST WASHING CAPACITY ON THE MARKET
Up to 20% higher capacity despite 50% less installed power compared to conventional system. Special design with 17 rotating nozzles and a 7.5-kW stainless steel wash pump. This system enables an efficient and economical cleaning process due to increased nozzle pressure and patented rotating nozzles.
